Any body know what this Part is called and where I can get one for a 750ss? it screws into the end of the needle tube it's very similar to a jet but with no hole in it. can't find one anywhere and can't put my carbs back on without it.
If it's not a jet but just a blanking screw, can you not just use any screw or bolt with similar dimensions and thread?
I know it's just a blanking plug but I don't think I can use a bolt as it has a hole in the middle that the needle goes into
Try Allens Performance - you could also try a PM to sniffipn (member on this forum) who bought my 750SS - there were loads of carb spares and I know there were at least two of those screws with the bits. Failing that, if you can find the right size bolt (thread and length etc) you could drill the central hole - or I will do it for you. AL
I'd second that, very knowledgeable. Mikuni & Keihin supplier, when I've called them for (Keihin) parts they've always had them in stock.
