Commonwealth Motorcycles Turbo Ducati Diavel So Far @ 235RWHP « Ducati « Commonwealth Motorcycles Madness.
I was in JHP Ducati Coventry yesterday and the guys said they had an AMG Diavel in with a Garrett Turbo, guy couldn't get it set up or something. They agreed ...................... It was Madness.
While I love the engineering that goes into something like that, I'm thinking its just a pointless attempt to turn a really shit bike (that should never be allowed to wear the Ducati logo) into something vaguely acceptable....and failed
Having watched Martyn Brundell ride one around Silverstone and thrash (not to strong a term in this case) 1199s with fast riders on board I now think the bike is OK. Would not own one myself but then neither would I own an R1 or a Harly. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
I quite like them. I CANNOT get my head around the forward mounted pegs at all?? Would need a few mods to make it mine but not entirely out of the basket?
I think they are trying to get it to go so fast, it becomes a blur, so no-one has the misfortune of seeing the original shape.
