Does anyone know of a good Ducati mechanic or repair shop near Kingston-upon-Thames? I usually use ProTwins but they are full up for weeks! I need an experienced mechanic who knows the Multistrada 1200S and who has the right diagnostic equipment. I have an electrical fault causing the ABS/DTC to not work. I'm touring in 4 weeks time and would like to get it sorted. Many thanks
No idea, I'm about 500 miles away. But if it helps, your fault is almost certainly associated with the front speed sensor. Either the sensor itself or the wiring to it.
Thanks, I did look at this. There are no obvious wires stretched/broken under the headlight nor anywhere near the mudguards. So it needs narrowing down by an expert!

Have you contacted either of these: http://www.ducatilondonsouth.co.uk/ - Walton on Thames http://www.ducatibikes.co.uk/ - David Robinson in Wandsworth I'm not sure if either of them have the electrical diagnostic tools required to find the issue. I used David Robinson recently, he helped me one day to repair a slow puncture when I was on my way back home. I literally rocked up and he replaced the valve on my rear wheel. He seemed very knowledgeable and I will be going back to him. I have never used the place in Walton on Thames.
I was thinking of the Walton one, but dont know anyone that has used them. I think they are also known as Mike Dawson racing.
