This morning started ok then wouldnt rev then started to rev high on its own error message on dash just said engine errors I had to get to work so put it away in garage . Come home started it up alls fine had ride round block no issues Should i still get it looked at by the garage ?
Not a lot of point taking in if the fault is not currently apparent unless it's coughed up a fault code, I personally would run as normal till it does it again, and if it stays bad, then they have more to work with.
That happened to mine as left for Spain trip last week hobbled to hyside Ducati on way. To ferry who plugged in and came up as stored fault on horzontal map sensor which they had replaced the week before they cleared fault and said hopefully won't come back . Well engine error light came on a bit first few days but bike ran fine then stayed off just got back this morning still off and done 2200 miles 2 up fully loaded panniers and luggage ran fine pouring monsoons and then 40 degrees in Spain
