Yeah I did that mate but a tenner postage is a bit steep and I want to do my other bikes when I'm happy with whatever I end up with
2 minutes on google... http://kojaycat.co.uk/epages/950000457.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/950000457/Products/KYG3WB
Marvellous thank you! Your 2 mins on Google is clearly worth more than around an hour of me trying to achieve the same! Thanks
So yeah mate, so far it's both easier AND cheaper buying the ready-made cable even with the ripper postage than buying the connector bits from Kojak the Cat or whatever, need to find these at a wholesale type outlet
I think the problem is that they're rare so not distributed widely, hence the price. It's often the way with connectors unfortunately. The internet thinks that it's the same connector as a "Regulator Rectifier Connector Kit For Yamaha FJR 1300 2009-2011" so exploring that as an option - even to buying a cheap second-hand wiring loom - is an option. I've done this myself; I bought a FIAT wiring loom for a fiver off ebay and it came with loads of pre-wired connectors that I needed
There's a posting on MS Hall of Wisdom that refers to this company; Still not cheap! https://www.easternbeaver.com/Main/Elec__Products/Connectors/R-R_Connectors/r-r_connectors.html http://www.ducati.ms/forums/80-hall...re-charging-regulator-rectifier-problems.html
Haha sorry man, no half measures in this crowd I spent a few decades looking but couldn't find anything without going manually through the lists, ie nothing comes up with Furukawa
T2500676 - I got mine from Blade Group in Swindon. Sure they were ~£10. I know most that have bought them are stunned they are so cheap! May have gone up since then of course...Bloody rip off Britannia!
