  3. Go for ES01 and they are an absolute must do fitment for the 999, no import duty to pay, less cost to buy, they will arrive in a fraction of the time of the US supplied cables and if you become a subscriber on here you can get a further discount. Pretty sure the quality of the ES01 is much better as well

  4. Hi Cap and Hi Cap 2 were both made by Motolectric in the USA - HiCap 2 replaced the original I think. Exact Start are made by a specialist cable manufacturer here in the UK (to my design and specification) who manufacture for BAE Systems and the Rail Industry.
I have customers who have even swapped the USA Hi Cap cables to our Exact-Start kits due to the tightness off fit and restrictive bending of the cables.
Read the link for detailed into - the thick American cables are not necessary @ 25mm, our 16mm cables with aerospace crimp technology is superior - both work very well, our in my un biased opinion is a better all round product

  6. I fitted the US cables to my 999 as the UK ExactStart ones were not available then.
As they were a personal import, they were a very expensive purchase. Even so, they were the best money I have spent on my bike as they transformed the starting from slow and reluctant to fast and eager.
Would I buy another set? NO!
They were a serious pain to fit and the instructions were inadequate. The cables are far too fat to fit properly and the terminals don't fit properly with the oem ones.
If I were to buy another 999, the first thing I would do is order an ExactFit cable kit. All Ihe benefits of the kit I have now and none of the drawbacks.
Much less resistance than the oem cables so the motor spins and starts eagerly but much slimmer cables to route and terminals that fit properly with proper instructions. Much cheaper too. Win/win/win.
I too have considered junking my existing ill-fitting US kit in favour of the much neater installation I'd get from an ExactStart kit. If the battery box of the 999 was any easier to deal with I definitely would!

  8. Today I receive my bike from workshop.in the instrument I had 0.1 plus volt up.that is 13.9

  9. Interesting but not really the point...
The idea is that the reduced electrical resistance of the heavier cables plus better connectors and connections, produce better starting by allowing current to flow much moe freely to both the starting and ignition circuits.
