How do these work, when you say links to an app, does it sort of show real time where the tracker/bike is on something like google maps or the like, like you see in spy films where they are tracking what road the 'target' is on ? How accurate are they, say to within ?metres? Stuart
The app and the website allow real-time tracking on a map. There is also historic tracking logs. Very accurate to within 10m. Geofence can be setup. You can set up movement and over speed alarms. By texting g1234 the device replies with a Google maps link. There are fitting instructions but you only have 3 wires to connect +12v, +12v ignition and earth. The battery lasts 4 to 6 hours and you get an SMS alert if disconnected from the bike battery. No idea if battery replaceable as it is a sealed unit. For £12.50 you get a well featured GPS tracker. The app is called AIKA and the tracking website is AIKA168.com. If you Google aika168 there are a number of screenshots in the images tab.
