      There is virtually no second hand market for bikes in Saudi due to the Saudis being to proud to buy a second hand bike. So we either send them home or take a loss. My bike cost me just under £4000 to send it home, I have to get a certificate of conformance for it, then it requires a VOSA test for UK conformity then I can apply to the DVLA for a registration plate.
