 shit.....yes you're right......maximum footprint
They prob did,but when you're talking out slicks, their dimensions are slightly smaller than a road tyre.

No,otherwise the manufacturers wouldn't put it in their fitment books, true some tyres have a flatter profile than others, then you have to watch...
People just being pedantic, you've got 190/50 and 190/55 :) and both will fit a 6 inch rim
 Oh god....this is gonna end badly LOL
Then there's no problem,as long as you've got a compatable MAKE of tyre, that's all that matters.
Like I just said!!! wheel rim size 5.5 and 6.00 will both accept 180/55,190/50 and 190/55
Because you can fit the same size tyres up to 190/55 on a rim size of 5.5 and 6.00
Am I correct in thinking it's a 120/70 on the front??
A 5.5 to 6.00 rim,you would be able to fit 180/55,190/50 and 190/55,any bigger isn't recommended 3D Ultra Supersport | Avon Tyres and Dunlop say...
see above....depends on the rim size of the wheel......but you STILL have to take into consideration rear huggers longer/chain in particular.
Have a look at Avons fitment............3D Ultra Supersport | Avon Tyres It'll give you an idea of the rim/tyre size limitations
