Ptfe tape would work if applied correctly, but personally I'd us loctite 572 thread paste as it will lubricate the thread better to prevent...

It's a 5mm, 0.8 pitch thread, so just get a long one with a nylock nut to back up against the tax disk and trim the excess off.
