Went to go up to Alton to look at this 851 on ebay to do a bit of digging on it but then i realized i'd forgotten how fucking good the roads are...

As far as i can see on google maps it's an industrial estate the other side of the train trak to Snells. Might pay it a visit seeing the weather...
It is annoying having to sit on them with stand up but to be honest i would rather have it as i'm sure you know we have all done it, pulling away...
I think it deserves to be seen in the flesh and picked within an inch of its life.
I am not familiar with these but as far as i know the stand needs to be up. @XH558 has one i think.
On the last photo you can see the top of the plaque.
It certainly is nice besides the niggles and like you say it would be nice to own and if you had it chuck a few quid at it.
