I sold a pair for £600 which seems the going rate without discs, 700 with Hyper fits front and rear, as I think do M1100 ones, plus a 749/999...
They run rich anyway, and mine wasnt that different std v DP map. The biggest change was custom map
You can have akros without that other stuff.. The DP chip is only a base map anyway so even then you would be better having a PC or ECU map...
