+1 for CTEK. Recently moved over to using them in the workshop and they're pretty damn good.

The service schedule calls for a service at 600 mile/6 months (whichever comes first) then annually from registration or every 7500 miles.
Stock fuel pressure is 3bar on pretty much everything. As mentioned, there was a higher pressure RS unit, but it's doubtful you'll be on one of those.

I use Motul wash n wax as my 'do everything' cleaner in the workshop. Clears chain lube no problem and finishes all in one.
