if you have ohlins then the size is correct ......but i guess you have showa forks/ yokes 916sps..?? so the size is wrong the ohlins tubes are...
then you'll have the look of the 999 yokes....
you need ohlins yokes....either 999 or 748-998 style ones..
the edu bit of the loom is a classic 998 problem when you drop it that side.....you used to be able to get the middle bit of the loom...or you...

why would you need it any less than the 67 degrees a 916 is as standard? thats one movement... if it was a 1098 1198 999 749 or so on then maybe...
