The ST2 is water cooled? I know the ST4 is and always thought the 4 stood for 4 valve and the 2 for 2valve with the 2 valve bikes being air cooled.

An alloy basket must have alloy plates, steel plates would quickly destroy it. Derek on here got 36000 miles out of a set of friction plates....
