I use the optimate solution but, in the past I've bought and use a trailing USB cable from the battery tie wrapped to the top yoke/fork leg...
Main bearings apparently - something to do with the cases that theyre seated in....im going from memory but someone will be along to correct me...
You might be in luck/lucky....the early ones have known bearing problems...

The general consensus is if it's tracked it will accelerate the valve clearance check... Problem is with the v4 motor is if they're not done.......

Great but if you're going to track it you'll be looking at valve clearances every 8k or so.... Between 4 and 800 a pop expending on how much prep...
