Same thing happened to my 899. It was 3 days out of warranty. Took it to duc manc and its been replaced as goodwill, no charge at all, im happy...

Just put this on....i didnt actually notice the colour of the sprocket when i first ordered it but i like it! I think they match the ohlins...
