Do that. I just said that cause it looks like it might have a mono subframe on. Typical mod but you never know. ;) Excellent bikes! Good luck.
If it’s that one in Preston, must be worth a visit. Could even be a genuine mono!
Make sure it’s the deep sump model and you should be good to go!
Hello from Brighouse. Nice bike!
New sensors come with just a boring alloy nut! Nowt that fancy! :-)
Nice sensor nut, Birdie!
Looks like they’ve been pulled straight down. As Steve says, there’s a clip either side on the female which needs pressing to release it. Do...
You could use the ends of the clip on bars if they were capped or drill into the front face of the top yoke?

There should also be a top hat spacer underneath the rubber
You could also have a look at the fuel tank breather under the fuel cap. These get blocked up from time to time.
In the thread, “finally got to ride her” in the 748/998 section. :upyeah:
@Nostromo, of the full bike of the shifter? Ian
Mint condition. The lever is a work of art in itself. Perfect working order and I modified the loom putting a superseal connector on the battery...
Just finished my thirst! :-)
Not sure, Steve. Not the bike, more him. He can’t go for more then 10 miles without a tab stop.
@Exige @Paul_748 fancy this after Squires?
As long as they haven’t been on ages so the paint’s not faded on the outside bit...
I’d remove the flag bit but keep the white number board.
I did that as well but IIRC, the tight bastard only knocked a tenner off.
