Try Bike Torque Racing. I use their Afam stuff and have had no problems. They’ll work out the length you need and cut it to size.

There should also be a top hat spacer underneath the rubber
You could also have a look at the fuel tank breather under the fuel cap. These get blocked up from time to time.
