Alternatively, remove the drain plug, drain the bowl of any fuel there might be in there, then try the ignotion and see if fuel pours out...
No need to take the carbs off for now, drop the bowl off the lower one. If the floats have been fitted upside down, (which I think is possible)...
You checked that fuel is getting to the 't' union in the hoses, have you checked whether the float bowls are filling? Just curious that it runs...
