Reg/rec My old 1198 did some very weird things when it packed up
Think it should fit as the pani r uses same fairings as 1199 I belive.

Not much in it to be honest mate, was bit quicker turning in but not much. Use 190 on the rest of the fleet other than 200 on the pani.
Yes used to run them on my track bike but then swapped to 180s.
Yes mine rattle but it's bit like the dry clutch. You get used to it. Almost nice the rattle as you know you got hkp discs
I bought some dymags for my blade just before Christmas as the wait on the oz was months and months
Original panels are almost unobtainable these days unless you paint red ones.

I've got both hpk and oro fitted on my bikes. Biggest difference I found was the resistance on the wheel non at all with the hpk as they float...

if you have a 5.5 inch wheel on the back the 180 is perfect. i went for metzelers race tec tyres on my 996
i love my 996 sps, that and my dj bike are definatly keepers
The 1198 is alot quicker than your 996. But as bradders says the 996 is a classic and only going up in value. The 1198 prob won't be as reliable...
I do love a clean 996.
As long as all the paperwork and import charges are made clear I wouldn't have a problem at all.
