I think I said above that in most of Fishguard, where it wasn't already 20, but is now, you struggle to do more than 20 anyway, so completely agree

You can get points on your driving licence for cycling offences, or so I understand, eg drunk cycling..
Why would it apply to cyclists? Traffic lights don't....

Agreed that's why most schools had a 20 restriction at peak school times, that said you couldn't do 20 anyway because of all the mum's parked up...
