Evri have, on occasion cocked up a shipment of mine, however they are prompt to refund. DHL, however are a bunch of vile, lowlife lying scum.

You can achieve the same result with a loop around the the nose with a standard lead. Mine really didn't like it and was constantly pawing at it.
Gave up after 10mins with that.
Mine pulled to the point she'd damn near passout! I got her a harness and it stopped immediately.
