Snip the cable ties get the boot off and look other side of plug.
Did you take the plug boot off? Terminals are numbered.
Odd! As I said not all wiring diagrams are 100%. Strange no pin 24? If the bike is running ok ECU must be getting a signal from the crank position...
So just to recap, the green grey wire leaves pin 12 ECU to the tacho and is ok and no short to earth ?
Is this on the ECU plug or connector above battery?
Pin 12 to pin 19 at 0.1 ohms doesn't sound correct. Still sounds like the output is being dragged down.
