    "Excellent"
    Pros - Everything
Cons - Hard to get to on public transport
So glad I found Pro Twins without which I probably still wouldn't have made the leap to Ducati had it not been for their knowledge and advise on the brand. They are incredible helpful and turned my new bike around very quickly with also the first service being done at very short notice. A+

Had my Multistrada DVT serviced there a couple of weeks ago. They did a great job for me. Friendly knowledgeable and helpful staff. Much better than my local dealer. Highly recommended.

    "Minor service chain and sprockets"
Pros - Nothing above and beyond excepted standards
Cons - Price , bolt missing from exhaust ,don't do mot's, location middle of nowhere .it took 6 days .no communication from them I had to call them see if it was ready
Fuel sender replaced, oil change, new chain and sprockets, on 2014 multistrada
£876 ! Ouch . Parts are expensive. Their labour charge quarter of bill .Cost of Ducati ownership

    "Great service for new bike"
    Pros - Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable
    Cons - none
Bought my Bayliss V2 new from them in November. They were great, setting up the brake and gear levers to suit me, bleeding the front brake, fitting front fork sliders (their own design) etc. Lots of advice and really make you feel welcome. Looking forward to taking bike back for 1st service after the winter.
