    5/5,
    "Diavel 1260 service and termi"
Pros - Supplying dealer, always helpful and found all of the team welcoming and friendly, good service and happy to discus and advise on work and accessories
    Cons - Nothing
Bought 2 bike bypassing closer dealers as these are great guys to deal with, often speaking to the owner who will always take time out to chat. Would highly recommend

    "customer service"
Pros - This dealer was very helpful and informative
    Cons - none
This dealer helped me to identify a second hand machine that i purchased locally, that was supplied by himself. I needed to know how the machine left the factory and the colour/specification, after just a few e mails he confirmed the details to me, i found him to be very helpful giving the service details as well, giving this was done in lockdown i was impressed at the speed and level of service. There was also no charge for this and can only say thank you and highly recommended

    "warranty declined"
Pros - This garage is situated very close to Snowdonia national park
Cons - The owner of this garage is a nightmare to deal with, especially if you happen to disagree with his methods
My two year bike had after market levers fitted, it had been serviced twice by this garage and the levers were never an issue, however the bike developed a problem which had nothing to do with the levers, but the owner of this garage charge me after unsuccessfully working on it. His argument was that if the bike had any non Ducati parts fitted to it, the warranty was invalid.
It wasn't till I took Andrew Woods to a small claims court that I had any redress, I would never buy a bike from this garage or advise any body to buy from this garage, the staff are fine but unfortunately the owner is a nightmare to deal with, the sooner Ducati UK removes his franchise the better.

    5/5,
    "Friendly and helpful"
Pros - Modern showroom/ workshop and know what they are doing. No pressure salesmen and free tea/coffee.
Cons - Too far from where I live but that is equally my fault!
Not the cheapest but good value for money on repairs and servicing and very helpful. (Triumph Explorer 1200xc) I have had 2 out of warranty repairs carried out here and both times Woods got goodwill from Triumph meaning I only paid for the labour.

    5/5,
    "Good aftersales"
Pros - Seem committed to making me happy
Cons - Communication can be poor, they “lost” all my contact details? Really?
I bought my Multistrada 1200 from them in April 2017 and have had a couple of minor warranty claims. Both dealt with efficiently and quickly with no pain.
They loaned me a Supersport last time I was in and genuinely make me feel welcome when I visit.
Both Sales and Service seem knowledgeable and friendly.
Overall I’m happy with them and intend to continue using them for service and warranty.

    "WORST DEALER EVER"
    Pros - NONE
    Cons - PATHETIC AFTERCARE
    Hi all,
Just a quick post to help anyone out thinking of buying from Woods of Abergele ( DON'T !! )
I collected my new 2017 Multistrada 950 on the 07/04/2017 and the Sales person came in on her day off to do the handover which i thought was great. All was well and i left the showroom around 13:00 along with the salesperson. I did a right and stopped at the first garage approx 300 metres away to fill up with petrol. As i rode underneath the forecourt canopy i noticed a scratch on my petrol filler cap, i filled up and paid and then took some pics on my phone with the time and date etc ready to email the salesperson. I then rode 5 miles to a cafe and sent the pics via email explaining it could not be seen in daylight only when shaded etc therefore that's how we have all missed it, I would have turned round and returned but knowing the salesperson had gone home it seemed pointless. I had my emailed acknowledged the next day and it was being looked into by the service team. I waited a few days and called but was told the salesperson was on leave returning next week but not to worry as "it would all get sorted out". I waited for a call but had no luck so called myself a week later and spoke to the original salesperson, who said it was all sorted and was surprised i had not been informed of the outcome which was " NOTHING TO DO WITH US, IT WAS NOT ON THERE WHEN IT LEFT HERE". I was fuming as you can imagine, i cancelled my first service with them and asked for the extra's which were to be fitted on the first service be sent to me. I have just received the last of the parts today for my rack which i needed for a trip away last week. I am disgusted at the aftercare i have received from such a premium brand and it has really took the shine off my new bike experience. Please if you are thinking of buying from WOODS OF ABERGELE think again, They even wanted to charge me for postage.
    All the best

    5/5,
    "first-class service"
Pros - purchased and service my bike without any problems whatsoever, always helpful and friendly courtesy bikes provided
Cons - sometimes you have to make your own coffee
recently took my bike to an independent what a mistake that was for the saving of a few quid, would never go back for a service and would only use Woods in the future

    5/5,
"first time customer here and very happy"
Pros - easy to arrange test ride. Sales were helpful and delivery to my door and collection of old bike.
Cons - Would have liked more for part ex and first service took longer than expected, but free tea and coffee so not too bad.
Overall a good experience buying the bike from here and will buy more there. Easy to get a test ride and range of test bikes if good. delivery of new bike was free and staff have always been helpful and friendly.

    "Poor Service"
Pros - was close to my old job
Cons - unsafe loan bike, left with oil leak after full service
Took bike in a few years back (2002 998s, approx 2010). needed full service including belts and shims, along with new lockset and alarm keyfob re-programming after keys were stolen.

given a Fazer 600 with the most rusty and slack chain I have ever seen as a loaner, and when all the work was finished and I had run the bike for a few dozen miles a weeping oil leak appeared from the top end of the vertical cylinder.
