    "Bought the 848 evo from here."
    Pros - Had good test rides on the two bikes I was looking at plenty of free tea & also discount on any merchandise I bought with it.
    Cons - Could have had a better trade in on the Gixxer but that’s my only neg point staff friendly everywhere.
    Good shop helpful sales team don’t pressure you from word go. Great cafe upstairs to to while away the hours. Also have a monthly ride out on think it’s the last Sunday of the month. Well done. Shame I have moved or would of used then more than just my first service

    "A very satisfied Riders customer"
    Pros - Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and both Brislington and Bridgewater. First rate service from both the Brislington and Bridgewater Service Departments. Excellent café facilities.
    Cons - Bristol's servicing lead times can stretch out several weeks when they're busy. Ducati main dealer servicing is not low-cost.
    I bought my Multistrada 1200S new from Brislington and was very impressed with the support I received from the sales team. I then chose to travel to Bridgewater for the 1000km oil service as Brislington's servicing lead time was several weeks but Brislington carried out the 1st scheduled service at the end of the year. I could not fault the standard of the work that was done and at all times, communications were excellent and I would thoroughly recommend Riders to anyone interested in a Ducati.

    "Lovely crew"
    Pros - Very good customer service. Excellent Ducati knowledge where I trust my bike to.
    Cons - Outgrown the premises .. Otherwise none
    No hesitation to go ... attention to detail VERY good. Technicians excellent and obviously take pride in their job : James .. superb and very pleased with his work and explanations.

    "Riders Bristol +VE for me."
    Pros - Customer service and attention is as good as I've experienced, across the car and bike world.
    Helpful and knowledgeable and to date, I've got my bikes back without any apparent damage or re-assembly issues. So good all round from my point of view.
    Cons - Often because of their location to me, even though the nearest, I have to allow a day for virtually everything, so not that convenient.
    Mike and the team in Bristol provide a great all round service from my perspective, so they get a positive from me. Great attitude and nothing is too much trouble!!

    "Awesome customer service"
    Pros - Proactive customer service when not even asked
    Cons - None
    I rang riders of bridgewater and spoke to Rob. I was ringing because my rear light (MTS PP) had some moisture inside and was failing. My bike is under warranty and I was ringing about warranty work. Rob explained I would have to ride the bike up, they would inspect the light then order a replacement part so in total 4 trips minimum by the time it's fitted. I said no way and said I will get it done when I get the bike serviced.

    The bike is not far off its 7500 mile service. The next day Rob rang and said they would pick the bike up in their van, service and replace the rear light and return the bike to me on the van when it's done. Saved me a lot of hassle and petrol. I wasn't going to use riders for servicing etc but after this quality proactive customer service I will. I realise 240 pounds with VAT is a lot for an oil and filter change but seems not far off the going rate.

    First class service!

    "Parts/service desk guys good....but the workshops!"
    Pros - Parts dept guys excellent and service desk guys generally very helpful (Lee in particular) but sorry Billy, you let me down on a couple of occasions!
    Cons - Workshops! In 4yrs my MTS12 returned damaged on 3 occasions. Poor 'reassembly' on other occasions e.g. cables hanging out of fairings! Worst case of damage - scratches down both Ohlins fork legs! (FFS!) Accidents happen, but on 3 seperate occasions?!
    Riders Bridgwater;-) 4 Star for customer service, 2 Stars for the workshops = 3 Stars overall ;-) Check your bikes carefully on return from servicing!

    "Helpful and pleasant and gave me a good deal!!"
    Pros - Polite, helpful and knowledgable and a great atmosphere.
    Cons - Location (for me)
    Helped move on the ahem Honda and get back to a proper bike, also gave me what seemed like a great deal, shame it is a 260 mile round trip! will certainly go them first when it comes to the time to change.

    I have to say, I found Riders of Bridgwater really helpful when I had to get a replacement frame from Ducati for my 750SS that suffered from cracked tubes behind the headstock
