Pros - Very helpful F2F, good prices (mine anyway) on used bikes. Service easy to book into online, good waiting areas, loan bikes and great communication whilst your bike is in the shop.
Cons - Ducati sales is 1 man and can be slow to reply. Sales and service don’t seem to communicate too well (their senior Ducati tech is recovering from a bike accident - maybe why?).
Much better than reviews I’d read led me to believe. I sense they are trying to be better, but constrained by the Heritage Automotive ‘big company’ oversight.
Pros - Was greeted by a young salesman who was very happy to chat general about all things ducati & provided with a brew while I drip dried on his floor.
Cons - Show room seams massive from outside but bikes hard to look round the way they were set out. I’m sure he would of moved them if asked.
It has more potential to be a great shop maybe a cafe as I didn’t notice one &didn’t really see much for upgrades but that could be my old eyes missing the obvious still a good shop to wonder round on a wet day. You will always be welcomed
Traded in my BMW for an 821 monster, impressed that the salesman, Josh, remembered me the week after I just popped in, not pushy in anyway done me the best deal I could get to meet my budget. You cannot miss Josh he is 8' 4".
No messing around, efficient, good price for my trade in. I had a minor issue with the tension indicator from the toolkit but I would buy again from them
