    Pros - Quick and efficient, went the extra mile
    Cons - None
    Had a problem with the PP I had bought used from a BMW dealer down south, simple flat battery, but they collected, repaired and also did a cosmetic job for me that was the only blemish on the bike.
    In my experience so far excellent team, and now in a spanking new showroom, when we can get to go back and see it. Thanks Russ and Kieran

    RUSS was great and really helpful along the buying journey and kept me up to date with regular calls and videos. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy.

    "steer clear for technical issues"

    Cons - Unable to rectify what should have been a simple fix
    My multistrada developed a fuel gauge fault with approx 700 miles on the clock, it then took 6 visits over a 15 month period before the fault was finally sorted, leaving me with no confidence whatsoever in their ability to fault find / rectify problems.

    Pros - Excellent service on both sales and servicing
    Cons - Can't think of any
    I've bought two brand new bikes from dmc, both purchases have been trouble free. They do the best trade in deals I've come across. Servicing wise, they send me a video of the work via email and have always done excellent work for me. They have close ties to Ducati Manchester too.

    "Purchase Tricolore"
    Pros - Russ was great always remembers me when I go in. Helped me find my bike which was down at the Manchester store. Completed the sale here.
    Cons - Took 12 months to receive the original exhaust. Service didn't spot the brake and clutch fluid looking a little cloudy
    Received great service from them for the 1199S Tricolore I bought. I test rode at Manchester and completed the sale here. Everything went smoothly! They shipped the bike up to Preston and I collected it a week later.

    12 months on just had its first minor service they told me the tyres were looking a little worse for wear. After my first ride I had issues engaging N. Turns out the clutch fluid needed changing. Also upon further inspection the brake fluid needs the same. Would have hoped for £250 that would have been done.

    Spoke with them and they explained they only do a oil filter and chassis check for a minor. Ok I can sort of live with that. Just not looking forward to paying for the major service.

    Other than that all good.

    Cons - Too far away from where I live
    I purchased a new bike from Russ and have no hesitation in recommending them. Great communication and great service. Delivery was arranged and was trouble free and good communication from delivery driver.

    "Friendliest buying experience of my life"
    Pros - Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional
    Cons - They don't get the recognition they deserve
    Had a couple of test rides after a 27 year break at back end of 2015 and Russ didn’t bat an eyelid (I don’t think !!) Liked the Monster 1200S so much, I put an order in for a new Monster 1200R and am absolutely thrilled with it.

    Never once did I feel I’d been sold anything – the whole buying experience was the friendliest I have had for anything that I can remember. Picked her up around Easter and have just completed the 1st service.

    Niall does a fantastic job managing the workshop and the guys there are always willing to help out a customer. Keep up the great work DMC Moto.

    Pros - buy a new bike good price in fact as low as you will find throughout the country
    Cons - don't buy second hand from them poor service low mechanical skills and still awaiting correct log book 15 months on
    From our friends view point, he brought a brand new Ducati as cheap as you can get but steer well clear with your pride and joy for any service work or second hand purchase, as based on our experience has shown us no reply to emails despite promised correct log book and receipts and the presentation of the standard of the 1098s we purchased from them was appalling and unsafe. They did offer to take the bike back and refund the money but that does not exempt them from turning out a bike ready for use that was clearly unsafe and as a result we had now confidence in letting them near it.
