Pros - Friendly helpful staff, best bike shop north of the border by far especially now with the addition of Triumph under the same roof. Customers are totally spoiled for choice.
Cons - Can be very busy summer months for servicing / repairs etc but this can only be expected with their high volume sales of bikes. It's a vg sign for the Ducati brand that it's so popular here.
Great place to buy your bike that's five I've had out of here now never a hassle. Fab parts and clothing available including full Dainese range. The branch has a massive state of the art workshop with trained technicians all enthusiastic about their workings on your bikes and any improvements that you are making with the addition of performance parts.
It's simple my 1098R doesn't go anywhere else for work. The 998 is also there just now for a 'spa treatment'. I have every confidence in DG to look after my bikes. They share the passion for the brand that owners do and are always available with a friendly face. Soon to move into a bigger facility (15 mins closer to Aberdeen) I am slowly winning the argument to getting them up to the NE corner!!
I cant speak highly enough of the guys at Glasgow. Top team who always go the extra mile. I've been in touch on a number of occasions and they couldn't have been any more helpful. The guys in the service department in particular are fantastic. I got my previous bike serviced at a very fair cost and have since returned on a number occasions to collect parts and seek advice. I've been highly satisfied on every visit.
I have been dealing with DG for about 5 years. I have plenty of experience with other dealers and DG are by far the best. Customer care is first class and has been constantly good.
Pros - Exactly What a Dealer should be. helpful, friendly, approachable and always will to go that extra bit to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
After many brand new bikes over the years it was a pleasure to spend all my hard earned cash with the team at DG. From my first visit to Almost 2 years down the line I know that my next bike will be from the here. From visit after visit, call after call trying to decide which model and extras I wanted whilst purchasing to minor & major issues thousands of miles away the team were always on hand to help and offer advice even when the shop was closed. Could not have asked for a better dealership.
Pros - Harry in parts, great fella knows so much about all Ducati's, sends parts timely and invoices correctly every time,
Been in shop a couple of times, mainly bought parts and asked for advice, everyone so helpful and a great atmosphere, well done ! Martin and his team look after you the best.
Pros - Great service, friendly, informative, easy to deal with, full of advice, great bike handover experience, fantastic communication and very quick at it too.
A fully positive experience buying the 899. When trading in the bike a month before collecting the 899 a number of staff came in to open the shop on a Sunday just for me to drop off my PX. Not rushed by them at all, in fact quite the opposite! Offered tea/coffee/biscuits and a tour around the whole shop. Such a great family run feeling to the whole place. Only thing I wish they could change is to have a dealership closer to me, 150 miles is just too far to go for a cup of tea, biscuits and a friendly chat with them!
Pros - Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. Also put back into the industry by running events, Track Nights, BSB Hospitality etc. Martin and the Team are always available for support on these Events
Recently I have had 3 minor issues with my Panigle R. On each occasion they resolved my problems in the absolute minimum amount of time with absolutely no fuss whatsoever. The service I have received from Ducati Glasgow could not be better or improved upon.
Very professional and friendly staff. Assisted me even when I didn't own a Ducati. Servicing department are good at keeping you up to date with progress and bills never come as a surprise due to their transparent pricing policy. Would recommend.......
