    5/5,
    "Excellent"
Pros - Very welcoming and helpful in person and on the phone. Carry really good stock of accessories and parts.
Cons - Wish they didn't use eBay for the online shop
Highly recommended. I have three dealers closer to me, but WM Snell is first choice. They are all really customer focused and go above and beyond to deliver.

"Probably the best dealer I’ve dealt with"
Pros - Nothing is too much trouble, their service is exemplary
    Cons - None
Just bought my third bike from Nick. The level of service and attention to detail that Nick, Tom and the team offer is outstanding. They always go the extra mile. I wouldn’t buy a Ducati from anywhere else.

    "WM Snell Ducati Alton"
Pros - Call you back when they say they will.
Always come up with a resolution.
Organised, clean, efficient and passionate ambassadors for Ducati
Cons - None accept they are an hour from where I live but worth it :)
Would highly recommend. They really do look after their customers and the having worked in a different industry prior to taking over their relatives business has specifically helped in a vertical that has not always had the best of press. Well done guys.

    5/5,
    "Thanks Snell!"
    Pros - Very Accommodating
    They are happy to help.
They work together to make it work
Happy to let me try lots of different bikes even though I told them that I was also trying other manufacturers. Worked with me on very short notice and turned my sale around very fast (the new bike was in stock luckily). Great discount on a new helmet and visor. Thanks to Sales, Workshop and Accessories departments.

    Definitely worth a visit!

    5/5,
    "Outstanding Service"
Pros - At a recent DUK Tday My 1299 suffered a mechanical problem and I asked advice and to see if it was possible to get the bike in his van. Luckily for me Tom had space and dropped me at my front door!
    Cons - None
Overall extending the company values to albeit a friend of the company, not a bike buying customer. This was nothing short of outstanding customer service and I am so very grateful for the help. Thank you.

    2/5,
    "Not very helpful"
    Pros - Local
Cons - Reluctant to help with questions on older Ducatis, just wanted to sell me a new bike.
I wanted to know about purchasing a used 916, and just wanted to know what to look out for on older machines.
Salesman made it clear he was not interested in my time unless I was a potential customer.

Went to Ducati in Winchester Moto Rapido they answered all my questions and were super helpful, even checked the private sale bike I was looking at on their system, which turned out to be a pike of crap. I ended up going back the next day and ordered a bike from them.
