    My nearest two main dealers didn’t even offer to order one. MotoRapido not only looked it up, checked details with me, and did what they promised. Unusual these days.

    I've used Moto Rapido parts service on several occasions and they have always been helpful and quick to ship the items I need. They offer the phone service which is great if you don't have the part numbers to hand or use their ebay store. Excellent service.

    Great team very helpful, helped me with my 916 restoration down to every nut and bolt, nothing was ever an issue. shipping was fantastic especially with the last couple of years being hard for everyone!

    Pros - Great comms, brilliant attention to detail
    Bike picked up from me due to Covid, to perform first service and fix and issue caused by the dealer I bought it from, and returned to me in 24hours fixed, with reasonable costs, great communications and just an all around great attitude. This follows on from previous good experiences with tricky out of warranty issues that they managed to get sorted under a good will etc. Superb

    Didn't have my bike with me so they had to diagnose it from my description. Sorted the parts and went over and above with the service. Just a shame they're the wrong side of the Isle of Wight ferry for me!! 5*

    Pros - Great at selling a new bike
    Cons - Dreadful after sales service
    Female friend bought a new Monster 821 last year. From day one had problems with rear brake. Bike needs rear brake bleeding every 800 miles when it has stopped working completely. Had the rear brake seize at one time and they checked the system and told her that that the pads must be changed to as they were the only parts that needed it. Still stops working every 800 miles. Now they say she needs a new rear caliper at a cost to her of over £200 on her 18 month old bike!

    Cons - haven't had any cause for compliant
    (not looking forward to the bills when warranty runs out in June :p )
    After a complete cock up with two other dealers that I will not name and shame, Moto Rapido stepped in and helped me out and got my bike sorted. That was nearly 2 years ago and they have been looking after my Multi DVT ever since, I trust them with my bike.
    They nearly always have time for a friendly chat, but if the are busy and don't have time they still make you feel welcome. Free coffee and sometimes biscuits :)

    Highly recommend them.

    Pros - Great showroom & passionate team
    Lovely two storey Ducati showroom and really knowledgeable team. Had a test of the 2015 DVT Multistrada and they took time to explain all the detail around the new bike. Very welcoming. Highly recommended.
