    1/5,
    "Shockingly bad customer service"
    Pros - Nice shop layout
Cons - Not so nice customer service
Agreed a test ride, with confirmation received by email. They told me that had my phone and email address so that they could let me know if it went before I got there. So I travelled 180 miles, only to be told on arrival "oh yes I forgot, my mate sold it, sorry about that." So I'm there with £20k in my pocket and they weren't even interested in trying to sell me something else, they just let me walk out the door. Clearly business is so good that the salesmen aren't expected to make an effort. My first experience of a Ducati dealership and it wasn't a good one.

    5/5,
    "Excellent Experience"
    Pros - Really friendly service
    Cons - None
Recently had my Multi serviced which was not supplied by Ducati Leeds; Seamless experience to change warranty to my name, booking of bike for service (including date changes due to Covid), ordering and delivery of parts I wanted and work done to service and fit parts. Team are friendly with great knowledge and customer service.

    5/5,
    "Excellent service"
    Pros - Excellent friendly service.
    Cons - None
Just had my 749R serviced at Ducati Leeds. Jane and the team were brilliant. They collected my bike and having done a great job, with less than an hours notice managed to deliver my bike back home. Very friendly, great service and experience.

    3/5,
    "Could be better"
Pros - Good workshop standards and parts supplies. I've had servicing and repairs through their workshop in the past and been happy with the experience.
Cons - Salesman has a impatient disinterested attitude if you're not spending very large amounts of money. They missed a brand new bike deal through his attitude.
Transport is very expensive if you need them to pick your bike up.
Workshop and parts quite good, sales and trade ins much less so. I'd not rule out future visits for spannering or parts but I won't be sitting in the sales chair.

    5/5,
    "Superb Dealership"
Pros - Very knowledgeable staff, friendly and hassle free.
    Cons - None
Bought my first ducati from here in March this year. From the minute I walked in I felt at ease, no pressure to buy and the staff were very friendly. Will use again and will pop in when i'm up that way. Highly recommended.

    5/5,
"One word describes these guys HONEST"
Pros - Accurate, no bs descriptions
Cons - none, would use again
Bought an 1198s after looking online, was alerted to some paint chips that were miniscule. This was refreshing after visiting a few bikes to see that their in the flesh image was less flattering.
Nobody likes their time wasted and these guys wont waste yours

    "Great Service"
Pros - Friendly and reliable service/customer care. Top employee award goes to Dave.
    Cons - None
I would highly recommend this Ducati Main Dealership. Would deal with again. I recently purchased a Tricolore from these guys and was very impressed with the service provided. Also friendly and helpful. I certainly will be going "Up North" for that promised Brew and Bacon Sarni! Thanks Guys....

    5/5,
    "Great for service and parts"
Pros - Very helpful (service & parts). They give 15% discount on list prices. When talking technical, they'll call out there mechanic and he'll go through the microfiche with you to iron out any doubts. Very useful.
    Cons - None
Would recommend them to anyone needing advice and a little technical help. They make you feel welcome and have not found them pushy at all, unlike a lot of other places.

    5/5,
    "Excellent dealership"
Pros - No hassle, always willing to help. John is an excellent knowledgeable parts specialist and a top bloke. Jane always gives the best service deals without the hassle. Browsing is hassle free with excellent sales service too.
Cons - Every time I go in I want a new bike.
Having bought a number of bikes from them, used the service and parts departments and struggled to keep my wife from the accessories. I can highly recommend Cobb and Jagger. Errol
