‘22 Panigale V4 Winter Tyres

  1. Any advice/suggestions gladly accepted pls; Riding ‘22 Panigale V4<SuperCorsa’s, 200/60/17 - 120/60/17>.

    Currently ONLY commute (B roads - 6mi there, 6mi back) 5 days/wk.

In last 2 weeks my bike’s tried to toss me 3 times at low speed<+-25mph> so I am reviewing ‘winter tyres’…

Ducati say 200/55 will work<Bridgestone S23> but the Pirelli Angel GT2’s<190/55> get a much better UK cold/wet review.

IF I ‘fiddle’ with the electronics…can I fit/SAFELY use the Pirelli Angel GT2’s this winter OR what is my next best/SAFEST option,
    Pls???

    TIA,
    J-]

  2. I've got GT2's on my V4 PP, great tyres in all weathers, but still handles well on a spirited ride. When fitted just do a tyre calibration on the dash, on the PP it's 2nd gear 30mph for a few seconds, assume yours will be similar, really easy to do.
