  1. Looking to sell these wheels to fund the servicing of my RS frame by Pierobon. I will ultimately be running OZ wheels or some variation of the Marchesini Kompe wheels so these are up for grabs.

The rear wheel has a new Bridgeport valve, it's been repainted in a bronze gold similar to the R colour and has a new Supercorsa tyre in it. The gold is not a yellow gold so doesn't look tacky.

The front wheel has a new 90° polished Bridgeport valve, new SKF wheel bearings and SKF seals, titanium disc bolts, cleaned up discs with plenty of life left, new Supercorsa tyre and has been painted the same bronze gold similar to the R version.

Both wheels came standard with the 1098S I have. The rear wheel will fit the 1098, 1198, panigale and V4 hubs but the front wheel will need custom wheel and disc spacers to fit the panigales and V4.

They are essentially in as good a condition as they can be and look really good, in my opinion. The tyres were installed and balanced by Ducati Glasgow.

Looking for £1250 which will include UK postage but I will have to figure the logistics of that out.

Any questions let me know. A lot of pictures I know but it shows the work that has went into them.

  2. I’m afraid the 1098/1198 front wheel will not fit the Panigale 1199, 1299 or V4 without disc spacers. The earlier bikes had narrower track forks. I ran 1098R wheels on my first generation 1200 Multistrada although I now have Hypermotard 950SP wheels, so there are two models the wheels will fit. Andy

  3. @Android853sp Apologies, thanks for the clarification. Forgot about the front and was referring to the back. Good to know about the front, looks like it will need a bit of custom work with regards to disc/wheel spacers to fit the panigales then. Initial post ammended. Cheers

  4. No apologies necessary mate, information is useless if it isn’t shared. I bought disc spacers off a chap selling on eBay, so my 1098R wheels would fit my Panigale V4, really nice bit of kit but I ended up buying a set of 1299S wheels. Not sure I wanted to trust braking from 170mph on the back straight at Almeria to a pretty cheap mod. Andy
