1098 Clock Issues

  1. Hi guys, I've had a good look around the tinternets to try and find a solution but nothing so far. I'm in the process of throwing the gubbins of a 1098 into a 999s frame. Issue is I've plugged everything in bar the fuel pump, lights and crank sensor yet I'm getting no life from the clocks. No display no light just the red blinking one once the key is off. Tested for live feed and it seems to have it but I'm struggling with the wiring diagram as the printout I have is poor quality. Would not having everything plugged in cause the clocks to not work. Battery has 11.9v and the start solenoid clicks when I try and turn it over.

    Thanks in advance

  2. All sorted, ignition plug was in the switch gear and vice versa. In the process deducted the fact I'm a bell end too

  3. Stick a build thread up, everyone likes a build thread.

  4. Done that as well...Actually easy done as the connectors are the same.

  5. Every other connector is different and the 2 that are pretty dam close to each other they make the same

  6. Yup.... Spend more time than I care to admit 'fault' finding that one...:worried:
