i have a set of termi end cans and the race chip fitted to my 1098s however with the db killers fitted there seems to be some carbon building up on the outlet, so,should i fit a standard chip?also are the chips coded to individual bikes or could you remove one from any 1098 and refit direct to another?????eh?eh?also im finding my bike at a constant throtle ie 3-4k revs (riding in town) seems to be missing slightly,it almost sounds like the race bikes in pit lane...grr. any ideas what to look for. cheers
Have you had your tps reset? Mine get lot of carbon build up on the end cans even part of the bodywork I'm guessing it's running that much richer! Did you also fit the performance air filer as this will lean it out.
The DP ecu can go into any bike but the stock ones will need the immobiliser disabled to fit into another bike.
