Should they be an adjustable nut and bolt? Did look standard but just wanted to check. Also should the fork tubes fit exactly in the tank cut outs without touching on full lock?
Yes, adjustable, I don't know how you define exactly, but there should be a few mm clearance. The forks shouldn't touch the tank. If they are, they tank has swollen.
