Riding my 1198S at the weekend i decided to switch on the Traction control ,starting at level 8, i have to say that the bike was almost unrideable with the DTC kicking in all the time, i turned it down to level 4 and that was a bit better, tried level 1 and didnt really notice it was on...in the end i turned it off and just enjoyed the ride, how much grip would i need to lose whilst on level 1 for it to become noticeable? ...and if any of you peeps on here use it what level settings do you use?
I use level 2 for the track (more piece of mind that it will catch the tyre should it let go) & don't notice any effect when the warning lights come on saying it's in use.
