1199 1199 Winter Project

  1. Happy new year everyone ...well i took it upon myself to give the panigale a bit of a hub service,what i found was, it wasnt so easy.Just getting the wheel off was a git with a long breaker bar and 4foot pole ...wtf ??.Then i was amazed just how dry everything was, its only done 4000 miles,and i presume this hasnt been done before,so a good check, IMG_3388.JPG IMG_3389 (1).JPG clean and regrease and torque to correct spec and done

  2. now back together !!!! bloody hell. i done the same to my mv f4 and had no problems ....could not get hub back into swingarm ,and had a rubbish job getting circlip back on ,,,,,,,,,anyone had a nightmare doing this job?? IMG_3392.JPG
     
  3. It can be hard work but plenty of grease and be sure to widen the gap as much as possible should do it.
