Filling me Pani up today, and noticed the rubber boots covering the connectors on the top of the front forks were riding up a bit, so wiggled them gently back down over the connectors. Went to start her back up and a red DES! Pic pops up on the dash along with an amber engine light. Was only up the road from work so took a steady ride there. Turned her on and back off, same fault. Did a bit of head scratching and started pocking and prodding at connectors, wires etc. Tried turning her back on and now no fault code. I’m thinking maybe just dislodged one of the electrical connectors on the forks??? Could do without a specific trip to the dealer for a “Plug In” fault find. Anyone had similar with these connections?
