I'm 6'-1" and this bag almost completely blocks my view of the dash. The model number is UT810. I have the 20L older bag and it's fine. Damn shame as it's a really nice bag otherwise and I was looking forward to being able to lock it to the bike. I'm going to try the 20L version instead.
Honestly I never thought of that. Good call. It's already heading back to Amazon and the 20L is on the way. Edit: Apparently I did still have it (the other half hadn't drooped it off at the PO yet) so I moved the ring forward and unfortunately it still blocks 1/3rd of the screen. It'll probably crush down a bit when it has stuff in it, but right now I think it'd annoy me.
