recently my rear header pipe (the one curled under the seat) cracked right in half. I purchased a new STOCK header and changed it out last night. Everything seemed to go smoothly but I turned the bike on this morning and there is an engine light. I then started the bike. And everything is running fine but after about 30 seconds smoke starts coming off where the pipe is and it smells like burning plastic. I checked to see if the o2 sensor was touching and it was not. First I was wondering what the check engine light is from. Maybe from unplugging the o2 sensor? Also wondering if you have any suggestions on what might be burning?
