Hi Guys, was out riding my 84 S2 900 the other day and lost the petrol cap. It is the flush mount style the same as the MHR of the same vintage. You wouldn't believe it. You can get every other obscure part of that bike but the petrol cap is rarer than rocking horse shit. I have exhausted all avenues in Australia which is why I am posting here. If anyone has one they could part with or could point me in the right direction to get another it would be much appreciated. Cheers in advance

Hi Steve Probably a little misleading saying flush mount. I was trying to emphasise it wasn't the flip style. It gets screwed in and lock is in centre, similar to traditional petrol caps, however, the dimensions are unique.
It's not easy to understand what you mean. Do you have any kind of photo? Or drawing? Or part number? Or dimensions? Or shape? Or what material it is made of? Or manufacturer's name? If you really are unable to provide any relevant information at all ... then sorry, but I cannot see how anyone will be able to help.
