For Sale 1x98 70mm Termignoni Full Slash Cut System With Ecu And Filter

Discussion in 'Parts, Accessories & Clothing For Sale' started by Wardybud, Sep 15, 2020.

  1. Selling these as I managed to get my hands on an Akrapovic Evo 3 system, so don't really need a spare kicking about lol.

I bought the 70mm pipes brand new from Italy for £700. I polished them and cleaned the inside of them so they're genuinely in much better condition than new and come with the carbon heat shield.

I've reallocated the Y-pipe silencer springs to the inside for a cleaner look. These can be used on the 1198 but need new engine headers or the existing headers drilled out a couple of mm.

I bought the silencers for £570 and have since repacked the right one with acousta-fil, resealed and have new Termignoni stickers. These are in very good condition and will come with the clamps and rubbers.

To make it easier on the buyer, I will include a sprint air filter which cost £80 as well as an ECU with the Full system 96518507B map that cost £200.

The exhausts have been test fitted to the bike twice, however, I've since cleaned them back to new for this sale.

    Looking for £1350.

If there's anything you need to know give me a shout.

  2. Out of interest, do these headers fit an 1198 or are they different to 1098?
    GLWS. They certainly look lovely!

  3. @RickyX the pipe diameters are the same between the 1098 and 1198. The difference between the 1098 and 1198 comes from the stud pattern in the cylinder head. The bottom 2 studs are slightly wider on the 1198 header so you can use the 1098 header and just make the holes slightly bigger with a dremmel or similar.

  4. Might need to check that the 1198 port is larger than 1098.

  5. @final_edition yeah, if someone has an 1198, I'll be happy to measure the diameter of the 1098 port for cross reference.

  6. Price drop, £1200 plus postage.

Managed to source an RS fuel tank so could really be doing with the money just now.

  7. How do you get this stuff so clean?

  8. 1098 and 1198 out put sizes are different stud pattern is different but can be bodged to fit....still leave the out put size as different though!
