Hi All, Just about to advertise my Ducati 900ssie on Fleabay but thought I’d see if any interest here. 18,838 miles Ready for summer and about half the price of some I’ve seen advertised ! Very reliable, honest, clean machine, owned by me for last 9 years. But now being well over the wrong side of 60 (nearer 70!) and lack of time to ride it means, sadly, it's got to go. Was my dream bike and more than lived up to expectations. Mechanically very sound. Bodywork not perfect. Spec : -Fuel injected, alloy swing arm, adjustable front/rear suspension -Double bubble tinted screen -Leather seat -New yellow Baglux tank cover -Original toolkit -Datatool immobiliser with 2 Datatool fobs -Heavy duty chain and Renthal sprockets -Bridgestone BT023s with plenty of tread -Neutral switch mod to allow idle warmup on sidestand -Scorpion exhausts with removable baffles -Owners Handbook, Haynes Manual, Ducati Workshop Manual (and CDs) -Test Reports, Brochures -2 keys (including key number tag) with Ducati fobs -Stainless fasteners throughout -Connector for Optimate -Oil and filters changed less than 500 miles ago -New ExactFit cambelts just fitted (18,838 miles, April 2019) ... no miles since -MoT due July 2019 but will put new MoT on bike when sold Also includes : -new spare EBC front and rear brake pads -front and rear paddock stands -Oxford dust cover -a few spares Bad points : -The bike is over 17 years old so has the odd scrape etc. -For the last year or so the rev counter has sometimes been erratic for the first 5 minutes from cold but works fine after that. Thanks for comments. I spend more time servicing, cleaning and detailing it than riding and the annual mileage (or lack of) recorded at each Mot is getting embarrassing.
