Stolen recovered 1098 S with Akrapovic cans. This must have been somones absolute pride & joy and the pre theft condition must have been mint, The tyres are new the chain almost new the brake pads almost new etc,etc. Some scrote has broken the ignition barrel and there are no keys with the bike (I have a complete lock set that will be included in the sale) The rear seat has also be forced open causing a bit of damage, the rest is normal wear & tear. I'm looking for £6,750 as it is (lock set included), after one week it will be dismantled and sold for parts. Kev 07421 991975.

Yo Dude, I sure do, there is a wear mark on the side where it has rubbed against the shock reservoir as shown in the pictures. The threads are good at each end (unusual as they are normal siezed solid). £50 delivered. Kev.
So maybe a stupid a question , this is shorter then a standard 848 one but of course is adjustable . Thank you
The adjustable link starts off at about the same length as a standard 848 link (175mm c/c) and can be adjusted to around + 20mm * *Note the rising rate linkage is about 3:1 so would lift the rear by about 60mm. If you were looking for a link to lower the ride height I also have a shortened standard link. Kev.

Hi Ebbs73, The shortened link I have starts off at 165mm c/c and can be adjusted by about +20mm. The threads are good, some hamfisted bafoon has damaged a couple of flats on the hex, see the pictures below. £50 delivered.
