May I ask from some expert advice here? There is some slack in the axle that powers the timing gear for both cylinders, as if its bearing had started to fall apart. There were some metal debris on the magnet plug, not too many. Oil looked fine otherwise. My question is, can this bearing be accessed - and replaced - without taking the engine apart? Performancewise nothing seems to be affected, the bike runs as strong as usual.
