The time has come to part with my amazing Panigale V4. An impending move and apparently I promised the Mrs a new kitchen means the V4 has to go. Ducati V4 2018 5600 miles full service history up till June 2021 but I haven’t been able to get her down to Nelly for her latest service. Mot’d until March 2022. HPI clear. All recalls checked by Nelly when the EVO2 software was put onto the bike. literally just had a brand new exhaust put on her. The previous one cracked and Nelly managed to secure a brand new replacement under warranty. As I couldn’t quite justify the cost of a gen2 panigale V4 I sold the gen 1 bodywork and bought some OEM gen 2 panels with the wings. Yep, spent 2 days annoying the aprilia lot buzzing around on the gixxer. Certainly doesn’t have the power of the V4 but it was fun…. Well that’s what I keep telling myself. Be sad to see the beast go but looks like moving date is just around the corner now. The Mrs isn’t helping either spending 2 days saying I don’t look right on a gixxer, “you need a Ducati”
