2025 Sf V2 - First Warranty Recall

  1. just saw a popup in the app that there is a "canister tube layout update" needed to my bike, CR299 and 00v-001. Has anyone had it done or worked out what it is? Can't find any reference on Google

  2. It will be a pipe to the carbon canister for emissions.

  3. Just had it done at Ducati Carlisle. It’s just to move a pipe or something.
    There is also another update that my bike needed, that one was for the ignition and gearshift. They had to relearn the gears/quickshifter after the update

  4. Yeah Ducati app shows the "tube" thing. I am about to get then new bike next Tue lets see if it has been done.

  6. You picked it up and they had not bothered to do the recall before letting it go??? That’s pathetic.

  7. Just phoned them; booked it in for the 11th July to get the 1st service done. They 'hope' to have the relevent parts required for the recall by then.
